Everlot is a popular role-playing video game with the young people of Middleton. Unfortunately, there's a sore loser casting a dark cloud over the virtual environment. He's known as the Wraithmaster, and he imprisons a number of players within the game. Among them are the skilled Zita and the not-very-good Ron, who'd hoped to score some points with his new lady friend.

I imagine that this episode might be more popular with gamers than with other viewers. Wade and Kim enter the game to help save the day (leading to some amusing moments), but the episode isn't all that special. It has some slow spots, the blocky look of Everlot gets a bit silly after a while and, most unfortunate of all, the villain isn't that much of a villain (not unlike the previously produced episode "Grudge Match", which introduced Zita).

It's still fairly enjoyable, with a few nice cinematic flourishes, a surprising savior, some terrific Adam Berry scoring (especially toward the end) and a final shot that is, for lack of a better word, cool.

"Vir-Tu-Ron" is not a great episode by any means, but you could do much worse.
