Global Justice once again requires the services of Team Possible, but, much to Kim's surprise (or shock), the organization shows interest in Ron. Dr. Director attributes the success of Kim's missions to the intangibles that Ron brings, otherwise known as the 'Ron factor'. Meanwhile, a villain by the name of Gemini seeks to gain from the factor as well, but why? And what is his connection to Dr. Director?
This was a really good episode. Sure, Ron's big-headedness is something of a problem, and there doesn't seem to be as much to the episode as there probably should be. Even so, there is a lot of fun to be had here. Kim's initial doubt of the phenomenon is good for some laughs (trust me, this is an episode you want to see from the very beginning), as is the conclusion drawn at the end about Team Possible's success.
Gemini was a terrific villain, and it's kind of a pity that he never turned up again. He very much had the feel of a Bond villain, right down to his pet, the shivery little chihuahaua, Pepe. I also enjoyed the scenes of Gemini trying to get Ron to join him. One would think that the running gag of Gemini punishing his subordinates when they fail would wear thin, but throughout the episode, "...it's still fresh!" For reasons I can't divulge, the third act is a riot, with Dr. Director taking on Gemini personally.
Not a non-factor, I enjoyed "The Ron Factor".
