Drakken's latest creation is the Doomvee, in which he hopes to - what else? - wreak havoc...and find some killer parking spaces. Unfortunately, he doesn't possess, among other things, knowledge of the inner workings of automobiles. Enter his cousin, who is an automotive genius, not to mention a guy who loves air guitar solos and his mullet. Yes, you read that right: it's the return of Motor Ed. The relatives get to talking and ultimately, Ed tells about his defeat at the hands of a guy with a souped-up wheelchair. Speaking of Felix, he and Ron are training for a video game competition, making Kim feel left out.

This is the first episode of the third season, and it's not too bad. There are some fine moments, like Kim's solution for the cancellation of her (not official) Ron Night, a great sight gag involving Ed's nickname for Kim and an unexpected return from cousin Larry. Another character making a return engagement is Mama Lipsky...but, thankfully, she's not in the episode long enough to do any lasting damage.

The meat of the episode is in the scenes with Drakken and Motor Ed. Whether it's fighting over who gets to drive, bonding over the 'mullet mojo' or Ed trying (and failing) to win over Shego, these scenes were golden.

Watching the early parts of the episode, I noticed an interesting parallel to "Pain King vs. Cleopatra", where Kim and Monique become friends, making Ron feel left out. In talking with Monique, Kim hits upon the idea that if you can't beat their plans, join 'em. While not quite as enjoyable as the stuff with the Lipsky cousins, the scenes of Kim trying to fit in are still fun.

The villains attempt to co-opt the technology behind Felix's chair and the only way to do that is to steal it. One point I must make: bad men or no, jacking a kid's wheelchair is snake's stomach low.

I thought that "Steal Wheels" was pretty good.
