Drakken and Shego plan to break into Area 51 and make off with a UFO. Using a shrink ray, he intends to sneak in and steal it. Unfortunately, the paper training-impaired Commodore Puddles gets a little too close to the machine. Instead of shrinking, the canine grows to enormous size. The army tries to stop the villains and their giant attack dog, but to no avail. Rufus soon gets an idea, which leads to the titular battle.

The good news: Ron as a would-be Kubrick is fairly amusing, and it's always nice to hear R. Lee Ermey. The bad news: Who cares? It's never a good sign when you lose interest in an 11-minute episode while you're watching it. Between this and the follow-up episode, "Day of the Snowmen", it must've been a slow day for the staff when these stories were concocted.

Oh, and that final gag? (emphasis on 'gag') Yeah; really repugnant.
