The students of Middleton High are required to take driver's education. With the infuriating exception of Bonnie, the class pretty much tanks behind the wheel. Kim is understandably disheartened by her failure because, well, she can do anything. Dr. Freeman is an technical expert; he's invented a number of self-thinking (and wise-cracking) appliances, making him a perfect target for Drakken's latest scheme.
As an aspiring motorist, I can't help but look at this episode with a biased attitude. I truly sympathize with Kim in the early driving scenes. Things look up (for her, at least) when she is sought out by one of Freeman's creations, SADI (or Systemized Automotive Driving Intelligence), a self-driving vehicle. Among SADI's many features is camoflauge, increasing the odds at school.
The scenes where Kim was...let's call it "cheating", were funny. Who knew there were so many types of turns? (Though the dream-speak gag was run into the ground.) Drakken seeks Freeman's savvy in improving the prowess of his Destructo-bots. After a number of failed attempts at extracting the knowledge, the solution lies in...good old-fashioned reverse psychology.
And may your car troubles be minimal.
