Kim and Ron fail to stop Professor Dementor from commiting a robbery. However, Ron happens upon a Bondo-Ball, which makes whoever's exposed to it stick to whomever they touch. Ron runs into Mr. Barkin and Kim and Bonnie get too close, leading to a sticky situation (ugh!) for all.

With one exception, this is very much an episode that aims for the funny bone. The one exception comes in a scene where we meet Bonnie's equally obnoxious older sisters, Connie and Lonnie. This moment carries a surprising amount of depth...and who could've expected that from a pair of "Dave the Barbarian" writers?

In fact, John Behnke and Rob Humphrey went to great lengths to pack in as many "Dave"-style moments as possible: the giant mutant weiner dogs, the Pixie Scout cookie drive, the gift shop outside Dementor's lair, Ron and Barkin at night and (especially) Dementor's complaints when the door of his lair is kicked down. I could easily imagine Chuckles the Silly Piggy saying those lines. Not all of the gags work, though: can someone promise me that there will be no more rapping on the show?

Back to Bonnie, the scene with her sisters explains (if not excuses) her behavior. Whether she'll become a more bearable character or whether the staff makes the "Hey Arnold!" mistake of not changing her no matter how much she needs it remains to be seen.

Stick with "Bonding"; it's a good one.
