| When Dr. Director at Global Justice decides that it's the "Ron-ness" that's Kim's secret to success, Ron goes under the microscope. Unfortunately, this means being stolen by the lackey-intolerant Gemini, Dr. Director's older twin. Global Justice, Kim and Rufus take on Gemini's fist of fury (and Pepe the neurotic Chihuahua) to recover the Ron Factor. |
|
| Villain: Gemini
Animation Production by: Rough Draft Korea Co., LTD
For the first time in the series, Kim interrupts the opening title ("No... seriously. You need Ron?").
Dr. Director's first name is "Betty". |
|
Ron: Without the Ron Factor, you're just another freak-fighting cheerleader with a website.
Monique: If Factor Boy gets a little confidence from this, no foul, right?
Ron: Kimbo! The Ron Factor's movin' on to Bueno Nacho. (to Monique) Girlfriend! Nice top...for my grandma!
Rufus: Ah! Ba-dum-dum!
Monique: Kim, do what you gotta do, girl.
Gemini: You have failed me for the last time.
Agent Beta: But I just started on Tuesday!
Gemini: (aiming fingertip missile) Let me give you a "hand".
Kim: How many times have you used that line?
Gemini: And it's still fresh!
Ron: (wearing x-ray glasses) Rufus, you look naked!
Gemini: Choose evil, Ron Stoppable, and you can have all the chimeritos you like. Grande sized.
Ron: You'd put that in writing, of course.
Gemini: Plus, you won't be obliterated.
Ron: Acronym. Yeah, that's a school word, I should know this.
Ron: So, uh... what's the deal with you and Dr. Director?
Gemini: I am her evil twin.
Ron: But, but-- but she's a... *she*!
Gemini: *Fraternal* twins.
Ron: School word.
Gemini: I am Gemini!
Ron: Dude, I am Virgo, but what's your name?
Gemini: Gemini.
Ron: Oh! It's an acronym! Okay!
Gemini: You are fancinating.
Ron: Guilty as charged, G!
Doctor Director: He's older. By four minutes!
(Skips to Gemini's Lair)
Gemini: Four minutes, four years, the point is I am the older brother and she never respected that!
Ron: Don't know that I agree, but I admire your passion.
Ron: Is that a Greek letter?
Delta: You know of--?
Ron: Fraternity boy, huh? Toga! Toga! Toga!
GJ Scientist: Classic "Ron factor" scenario. It's almost as if the whole thing was an accident.
Dr. Director: There are no accidents in our business.
Gemini: Ah, but it is I who have you.
Ron: Maybe that's part of my plan.
Gemini: Really? Is *this* also part of you plan?
[Gemini presses a button and a chair shoots up from the floor, strapping Ron in]
Ron: Umm, yes.
Gemini (capturing Ron at Bueno Nacho): I'll take HIM to go!
Dr. Director: Actually, GJ needs you...Ron Stoppable.
Kim: For...what?
Gemini: Well, baby sister, let's see what Mom recalls.
Dr. Director: You're the baby, dragging MOM into this.
Gemini: Fine. Fine! We'll settle this like grown-ups. (starts firing at Dr. Director)
Kim: Oh, that's mature.
Dr. Director: The Ron Factor! Amazing.
Ron: Correction, Dr. D. The Kim Factor, with just a little splash of Ron.
Ron: You obviously don't know who you're dealing with, pal!
Rufus: Yeah!
Gemini: Ron Stoppable.
Ron: Okay...point for you.
Gemini: Who's that?
Ron: Kim Possible. This is where she saves me and WE BEAT YOU BAD! It's a Ron Factor thing.
[Gemini zaps Kim making her fall off]
Ron: Kim!
Gemini: That's a bad guy thing.
Gemini: Report, Agent Beta.
Beta: It's Global Justice, sir.
Pepe: *bark bark bark bark-bark*
Gemini(to Pepe): Sorry, Pepe. Agent Beta said those most hated words.
Beta: Global Justice?
Pepe: *bark bark bark bark-bark*

| As Ron leaps down from Gemini's control panel, the bottom of his shirt is again red (which it remains for the rest of the shot).
After Kim and Dr. Director blast through the door, the fire that was burning disappears without a trace.
During the main title (and more specifically the vault shot from "Animal Attraction"), Kim doesn't have the lines drawn in her hair.
The lines on Gemini's gauntlet appear and disappear at random throughout the episode.
Nitpick: As Kim falls from the helicopter, why didn't she deploy her parachute/jetpack from the backpack? Granted, Dr. Director came to her rescue in the plane, but we didn't know DD was there...and it would have made for a softer landing.
When Ron says "Sheldon?" the cuffs on his wrists (the ones strapping him to the chair) disappear.
Why didn't Rufus just bite Gemini's other hand? I mean even though he's only a naked mole-rat, he's been smart enough to speak and understand Ron and do lots more.
Coloration Goof: When Kim and Monique are shopping (just before Ron struts through), Monique pulls a green shirt from a setup of yellow shirts.
If Gemini had a button to call his mom, why did he say he would call his mom on a cell phone [when he's arguing with Dr. Director].
--It was probably easier and faster for Gemini to pull out his cellphone and call his mom than to go over to his control panel and press the button. He probably had his mother on speed dial. ;)
Affter Gemini fired Delta, he still was in the W.E.E. lair. |

DYN? #1
Starting this episode (the first of the season, production code-wise), Monique's eyes have been given whites.
DYN? #2
As GJ shifts its attention to Rufus, an instrumental version of "The Naked Mole Rap" plays.
Pepe
Gemini's Chihuahua is essentially an evil counterpart to Rufus -- right down to his hairless body and glossy black eyes.
DYN? #3
Ron mentions he's a Virgo, and was therefore born between August 23rd and September 22nd.
DNY? #4
While sleeping, Ron quotes himself from "Monkey Ninjas in Space" saying, "no monkey touch!"
DYN? #5
Gemini and Dr. Director have eye patches on opposite eyes.
DYN? #6
The shot of Kim falling is a reused shot from "Monkey Fist Strikes" (with appropriate clothing changes)
DYN? #7
The screen at GJ shows clips from the following KP episode: For Ron: "Crush" 1.Ron on Britina's jet 2. Drakken's Henchmen pointing their electric sticks at Ron [following the line "Can one of you guys give me a boost?"] 3. Ron hopping on his snowboard (after Kim's "You started it" and her departure). 4. Ron sitting at the table of girls [before they all get up and leave]) 5. Ron after firing his grappling-gun/hairdryer [losing his pants in the process] 6. Ron holding Rufus up in front of a camear (Naked Mole-Rat TV) "Downhill" 1. Ron hiking up the mountain. 2. Bonnie talking with Kim [Ron on the way to spray her with snow] "Attack of the Killer Bebes" 1. Ron bicycling up the hill, making static. "Coach Possible" 1. Ron kicking the disco ball. And an unknown scene which features a (younger?) Ron attempting track [tripping and falling while running]. Rufus: "Crush" 1. Rufus wearing the mini sunglasses and drinking his mini-drink. 2. Rufus popping out of Ron's pocket, saying "Mankey," and being pushed back in.
DYN? #8
Kim and Ron ordered the same food at Bueno Nacho (taco and burrito).
DYN? #9
Lawlessness and chaos attributable to W.E.E. include letting air out of tires and stealing candy from babies.
DYN? #10
The options on Gemini's control panel:
Milk
Fluffy Pillow
Juice
Escape Pod
Cheese Fries
Mom
DYN? #11
The scene when Rufus bites Gemini's hand is similar to Rufus biting Monkey Fist's hand in "Monkey Ninjas in Space" to get him to let go of Ron.
Naked Mole Rap
When Rufus puts the Chinese finger cuff on Gemini, you can hear, once again, the instrumental version of "Naked Mole Rap."
DYN? 12
The dress Kim takes off the rack when she's talking to Wade is none other than the one on the sitcom Monkey Fist is watching in "Monkey Ninjas in Space."
DYN? #13
From Beta to Delta, WEE agents speak in alphabetical order according to their Greek letter.
Shoplifter
Kim's a shoplifter. It is shown when she is talking to Wade about the idea of Ron being the ideal thing to Kim's sucesses and when she hangs up with Wade she walks away with the dress in her hand without paying for it.
Guys with beards are EVIL
This is the first time Kim fights a foe, who has a beard. Frugal's beard was fake, so he doesn't count.
Re: Shoplifter
I don't think Kim's a shoplifter. Maybe she was still shocked about the Ron Factor and she forget to pay for the dress. It's most likely that she remembered this and quickly went back to pay for it, but we just didn't see.
Re: Guys with beards are EVIL
Actually, it's the second time. Duff Killigan has a beard.
DYN? #14
Beta, Gamma, Delta, Sigma, Tau, Chi, and Omega are the only W.W.E.E. Agents with any visible way to be identified. Also Delta's voice is different when he's in W.W.E.E. headquarters, so he was probably a replacement(after the first Delta was fired). Beta, Gamma, both Deltas, and Tau are the only W.W.E.E. Agents with audible lines.
Gemini's Prosthetic Hand
When we first see Gemini his metallic hand is solid, but when he's kidnapping Ron he has a different hand with details in it. He changes back into his solid-hand before he explains to Ron what the "deal" is between him and Dr.D; but, when Ron's strapped into his chair, Gemini is wearing his "fighting"-hand(probably to intimidate him). And it changes back all Gemini explains his rivalry with his sister farther. Shortly after Kim and Director brake into his lair, Gemini changes into his "fighting"-hand once again(explains why it took him so long to start firing rockets at Kim).
DYN? #15
This is the first episode(production#-wise) of the second season, and in it Kim mentions how Ron invented the naco; in the first episode(production#-wise again) of the first season. Ironic.
DYN-Similarities
In this episode, GJ discovers that Kim can't save the world without Ron at her side. Later, in 'A Sitch in Time', (although it didn't really happen) Shego found out the same thing. Note the similarities.
Greek Letters
Gemeni's agents having Greek letter code names(Beta, Alpha, ect.) could be a reference to Sonic games, in which Eggman's E-series robots have greek letter names. (E-101 Beta, E-102 Gamma, ect.) |
|
none: none
Gemini's submersible lair is very similar to Stromberg's Atlantis (seen in "The Spy Who Loved Me"), which James Bond also reaches by jetski. More Info
none: Dr. Director moves the pictures around and they enlarge
This scene is a replica of the 2002 hit movie "Minority Report", in which police can foresee crimes before they happen.
none: none
How can you NOT see Dr. Evil in this plot? Hairless pet (Dr. Evil's cat, G.'s dog), chairs that dispose of failures, sibling to a good guy (remember Goldmember?), the list goes on.
Ron: Toga! Toga! Toga!
Ron's cries of "Toga! Toga! Toga!" when he thinks that the Henchman is part of a fraternity could be reference to a scene in *Animal House* (the frat brothers decide to have a toga party and one of them [Bluto] starts a chant "Toga! Toga! Toga!".) To go even further, the greek letter on the Henchman's shirt is Delta, which is the name of the house that threw said party.
Gemini: Come with me, Ron Stoppable. You will be my Agent Alpha. Together, we can crush Global Justice!
Based on Darth Vader's offer to Luke in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back.
none: none
The backdrop of the entire episode bears a resemblence to Marvel Comics' James Bond style comic "Nick Fury, Agent of SHIELD". Nick Fury, an eyepatch-wearing secret agent, is head of SHIELD, an international spy organization that fights evil wherever it occurs. Among his many opponents is his evil twin brother, who uses the Zodiac-inspired codename of "Scorpio". The similarities are, I think, quite evident.
:: Ron playing with the "Puzzle Ball"
When Ron was messing with the unknown puzzle ball in the beginning, it's just like the scene in "Treasure Planet" where Jim plays with the map and it opens on accident.
Gemini: "You have failed me for the last time."
This is very likely a reference to The Empire Strikes Back. An officer who had repeatedly disappointed Darth Vader suddenly found himself being choked by Vader's use of the Force, as Vader informed him, "You have failed me for the last time."
none: Gemini's Electrifying hand
One of Gemini's hands is electrical. This is exactly like Syndrome's electrifying hands from the 2004 movie, 'The Incredibles'.
character: Pepe
Pepe is a lot like Dr. Evil's pet cat(Mr. Flufums, I think his name is) from Austin Powars.
none: none
Sheldon "Gemini" Director sort of resembles the Bond villain Hugo Drax from the 1979 Bond movie "Moonraker". More Info |
