DNamy: Well, Mr. Forward! Who are you?
Drakken: I am Dr. Drakken!
DNAmy: M.D. or dentist?
Drakken: Evil mastermind...on the brink of world conquest...ring a bell?
DNAmy: Isn't that Professor Dementor?
Monique: (sees taco flying down) TACO!!!!!!!
Drakken: Now, Shego. Who got game?
Shego: *sighs* You got game.
Drakken: Straight up.
Shego: I think you actually like her.
Drakken: Oh, please. I'm an evil manipulator, remember? She's a pawn in my scheme.
Shego: Uh-huh. Uh, huh. That...and you like her.
Drakken: Do not.
Shego: Do so!
Drakken: Do not infinity!
Shego (singing): Drakken and Amy sittin' in a tree. K-I-
Drakken: SHEGO!!!
DNAmy: Oh, heavens! I should hope it works. Otherwise there wouldn't be much point in me stealing it.
Middleton Sign: Science is Cool! (No Really)
DNAmy: Ready Honey-Bunny?
Drakken: *laughs nervously* Is it completely necessary to call me that?
DNAmy: I like Suger-Booger too.
Drakken: Honey-Bunny it is, then.
Ron: Monique, I think we both know you'll do the work.
Monique: What do you mean?
Ron: Four words: (counting down) Grade. Point. Average. (sucks chocolate from remaining finger) Hey, you care, I don't.
Ron: Monique, the system I worked out with Kim has served me well over the years.
Monique: What system? YOU DID NOTHING!!!
Drakken: I love everything about you. Your homemade cookies, your homemade creatures, that way you wrinkle your nose when you flout the laws of man and nature...
Barkin: Nice job, class; you worked together to push the frontiers of science. (sighs happily) Baking soda volcano. A classic.
Kim: I read all your notes.
Justine: And you understood them?
Kim: Perfectly. ... Okay, no, I had to look up a ton of stuff, but I got through it.
Justine: Spanking!
DNAmy: Go away! You stole my genomic sequencer!
Drakken: Ah, yes, sorry about that. By the way, were you injured?
DNAmy: When your girlfriend blasted me?
Drakken: When you fell from heaven, for you are surely an angel.
DNAmy: Well, you know what they say: the enemy of my enemy is awfully cute!
Barkin: If you do not like your partner, you can ask for a change...
(Ron sighs with relief)
Barkin: ...I will, of course, say "no". It's part of the "life is unfair" theme I'm working into all curriculum.
DNAmy: You are the biggest meanie in the whole wide world!
Drakken: Aha! You HAVE heard of me!
Drakken: (At DNAmy's front door) Watch and learn, Shego.
(DNamy answers)
Drakken: Hello, pretty-- (door slam) Ahh!
Shego: And what have I learned?
Drakken: At least she remembers me.
Scientist: Amy? They said that you lost it! That your experiments were insane! That you were locked up forever!
Amy: Yes. True. They were. Got out.
Drakken: Fine! New plan! I charm this DNAmy woman into doing my bidding.
(Shego looks at him)
Drakken: What?
Shego: Nothing.
Drakken: You don't think I can be charming?
Shego: I didn't say a word.
Drakken: You'll see, Shego. The doctor is making a house call.(growls)
Kim: Okay! How weird is this?
Shego: Very. Thank you.
Drakken: Worthless piece of...
Shego: Problems?
Draken and DNAmy: Kim Possible! (to each-other) You KNOW Kim Possible?!

How did Drakken get his hair and skin back before he went to Amy's house? And how did he get the address? And where did Shego go after she jumped out of the flying disk thing?
When DNAmy walks down the stairs to her lab and says "Watch your step!" her mouth doesn't move.
When Shego is jumping towards Kim in the fight scene, Kim's pants turn black.
When Kim and Justine present the continuum disrupter to Mr. Barkin, the machine's control box has a gap (opposite the switch's "off" position) that wasn't there the night before.
When Barkin flips the the continuum disrupter's switch, an aerial comes out and points to our right. When Barkin says "come on!" the aerial is pointing out the window.
Also, when the aerial comes out, the disrupter makes the same sound as when it emitted a beam the night before; this time, no beam is emitted.
Kim's hair is again missing its lines in the vault-opening scene during the opening title (at least when this ep aired in Canada). It is merely a block of solid color on her head.
Reply to address goof: Shego found the address.
If Justine can build a working space-time continuum disruptor and is an inspiration to professional rocket scientists, why is she still in high school?
The stripe at the bottom of Ron's shirt turns red when he and Monique are firing the donuts.
The Dino-thing has whiskers, but dinosaurs didn't have hair!

Villain Romance
Shego and Junior might love each other, and Drakken loves DNAmy, who loves Monkey Fist, who might love her...weird!
Is Ron Evil? - 2
Maybe getting a free ride on science projects from Kim and Monique isn't quite evil at its most malignant, but it's not really commendable behavior either.
DYN? #1
The dinosaur only attacks things that actually resemble food items (i.e. a pizza, donut, taco, etc.)
Am I weird for thinking this?
Is it me or is DNAmy a bit... I dunno... easy? I mean, first it's Monkey Fist, then Barkin, then Drakken!
Re: weird
Chasing after guys doesn't make D.N.Amy "easy" per se. It makes her desperate, given her choices. Plus, the fact that as far as we know, only Drakken showed any real interest. She's just starved for affection.
Club Banana!
The doctor in the prologue on this episode is wearing a green shirt under her lab coat that looks a lot like Kim's classic tank-top.

None: Vibrations in Nacho Cheese
The footstep vibrations in the pool of cheese is an homage to a scene in Jurrasic Park, where the vibrations from a large dinosaur walking can be seen in a glass of water.
DNAmy: "Honey Bunny" and "Sugar Booger"
The phrases "Honey Bunny" and "Sugar Booger" both appear in the lyrics to the Carl Perkins song "Lend Me Your Comb." Also the armed robbers in the restaurant scenes in "Pulp Fiction" refer to each other as "Honey Bunny."
none: Re: "Honey Bunny" and "Shugar Booger"
Actually the two robbers in the restaurant refer to each other and "Honey Bunny" and "Pumpkin" (The girl being referred to as "Honey Bunny" and the guy being referred to as "Pumpkin")
Drakken: The doctor is making a house call.(growls)
When Drakken growls (like a tiger) it's an imitation of Bob Hope growling at a pretty girl walking by (a habit of playboy 'wolves' in the 50's imitating Bob imitating 'wolves'...) I would not have know this except for the memorials about Bob Hope (thanks for the memories)
Ron: Come on, trust me.
Ron grabbing Monique with the line, "Trust me," is remenicient of Aladin in the Disney movie Aladin grabbing Jasmine and asking her if she trusts him.
