When Ron is zipping around the room deciding what to do about dating Kim, he meditates while standing on his head at one point.

Ron: Okay, so Kim and I have been best buds forever. Maybe dating is the next step. I mean, hey, what's not to like about Kim? She's smart, cute and-- Dating could be good, y'know, the date thing.
Ron: Thanks man, you've been a big help.
Barkin: Stoppable, how did you get in my house?
Kim: You've got some 'splainin to do!
Drakken: Do you mind? I'm trying to get away!
Ron: Kim! He's trying to get away...and he's kicking me!
Kim: And you're surprised?
Ron: So the crush and everything was all Moodulator, huh?
Kim: Not everything; there's still fireworks.
Ron: You think so?
Kim: (Points to fireworks above them)
Wade (after Kim and Ron kiss): THIS ISN'T NORMAL!
Shego (crying): But...I broke a nail!
Drakken: I break mine all the time; you don't see me crying. Not on the outside.
Shego: I LIKE kissy-face!
Ron: No! Stop! Your dad's gonna put me in a black hole!
Drakken: Shego! I'm sorry! I'll make you dinner.
Ron: Just go with me on this, Monique. Kim has it bad for Ron.
Monique: And that's not good?
Ron: I don't know. It's not that I haven't thought about this. I mean, who hasn't?
Shego: I was thinking it's time for some evil.
Drakken: Evil, you say? You mean "take over the world" type evil or "Drakken goes ouch" evil?
Kim: You see, tonight's the big Middleton Day festival and I don't have a date.
Ron: Date? You wanna go to the festival as my date?
Kim: Oh, I thought you'd never ask!
Ron: Wait, but I...(Kim kisses Ron on the lips, silencing him.)
Wade: Hey, guys I...whoa!
Shego: Fire in the hole!
Shego: Gosh, I feel like I should say something sarcastic, but I just can't ‘cause you're so cute.
Kim: He's shy, but so cute. (takes off after Ron)
Monique: I'd say green n' freaked.
Drakken: Did I forget your birthday or something? Is that what this is about? Because I'm scared.
Kim(sobbing): I can't believe we lost the Kimmunicator.
Ron: Hey, it's not the end of the world. (worried)Is it?
Kim(to Ron): I'll see you after class [giggles and blows him a kiss]
Bonnie[looking at Kim, then Ron]: Some things are to wierd to even think about.
Shego: Brrrr. Cold weather; perfect for cuddling. Latte!
Drakken(confused): I like latte, but as to the cuddling: Pasadena .
Shego: Why?
Drakken: Because-uh-because you're freaking me out, that's why!
Dr. Bortel(of modulator controller): The circuits have been fried!
Ron: That means Kim's back to normal, right. Tell me Kim's back to normal!
Dr. Bortel: I'm afraid your friend is now locked in an irreversible frenzy of rage.
Ron: Dude, what I just say?
Ron: Kim, it's me: Ron. Remember the good times. {Kim throws Ron} OOHHH! Okay, maybe they weren't all good…
Ron: Kim, chill. It's me: Ron.
Kim: Yeah. RON HEARTBRAKER!
Ron: No, STOPPABLE. It's pronounced: Stoppable!
Wade(after catching Kim kissing Ron): Uh. B-bad time to call.
Kim:(giggles) Guess what the sitch is, Wade.
Wade: I'm-uh-just wanted you to know I've got a lock on the Kimmunicator, and-were you guys just smacking lips?
Kim(looking into Ron's eyes): Great, Wade.
Ron(looking into Kim's eyes): Whatever you say.
Drakken(trying to comfort Shego):All I said was, "let's get this party started." Look, I'm going to supercharge that float's laser, so we can do evil. We-uh-like evil. Don't we?
Shego(crying): You're leaving in my time of need.
Drakken: No. No, no. I'll be right back.
Shego: I'm not going to forgive you for this, EVER.
Ron[seeing Josh with Tara]: Uh-oh.
Kim: What's the big?
Ron: Nothing. Kim, there's something in my eye! OW!
Kim: It's your finger.
Ron: Oh, he he. How'd that get there?
Bonnie: *Gasp* Josh Mankey has a fresh crush, and her name *isn't* "Kim Possible".
Ron[ducking in cover]: Ahh! Bonnie!
Ron(after Kim sees Josh with Tara): It's brave the way you mask your Mankey-pain.
Kim: Seriously, I'm over Josh. Thought you'd be the bummed one.
Ron: Why?
Kim: Tar-a.
Ron: What about her?
Kim: She used to like you. You mean you never noticed?
Ron: No! Why didn't you tell me!?
Ron: Coast clear.
Monique: Clear for what?
Ron: Kim. She's crushing on me.
Monique: Kim's crushing? On you?
Ron: Yes. And it's freaking me out!
Monique: You sure you're not *majorly* misinterpreting.
Ron: Trust me on this. Kim's got it bad for Ron.
Monique: And that's not good?
Ron: If you see Kim, you didn't see me.
Monique: And what if Kim sees me seeing you?
Ron: What?{Monique points behind him at Kim} Ahh! Kim!
Kim: Ronnie, I have a little favor to ask.
Ron(nervous): Sorry, KP, I was just..leaving![runs off]
Kim(to Monique): He's shy, but *so* cute.[runs after Ron]
Monique[smiling]: I'd say green n' freaked.
Shego: Are you thinking what I'm thinking?
Drakken: Uh. "This ice cream is going to go striate to my hips and I'll never fit into a size six."
Shego: No, Silly.
Drakken: Right, who am I kidding? I've *never* fit into a six.
Drakken: I believe the phrase is "BOOYAH".
Kim: Men!
Shego: Oh yeah!
Mrs.Dr.P: We're just tickled pink about you and Kimmy.
Ron: We are?
Mr.Dr.P: But not *too* pink. Time for a fam to Ron talk.
Ron: It is?
Mrs.Dr.P: We want Kim to be happy.
Ron: We do.
Mr.Dr.P: If not, it's a one-way ticket on a deep space probe.
Ron:(nervously) H-how deep?
Mr.Dr.P: "Black hole" deep, Ronald.
Ron: *gulp* Great.
Kim:Hello, baby!{Ron's jaw drops at seeing Kim in an attractive black dress} Oh, I felt like dressing-up. You don't *mind*, do you?
[Mr.Dr.P sets Ron's jaw back into place]
Ron: Um, no. Not at all.
Ron: Okay, we've been friends a long time. We're a great team but-
Kim: Ha ha! Team! Ah, you said, "team."
Ron: Uh, yeah. Earth to KP: "team" is not funny.
Kim(sad): You're braking up with me?
Ron: Yes. NO! Well, yah; but, ya know, don't get upset.
Kim: Oh, I knew it. I knew it! I knew it![runs off crying]
Ron: Wait. Come back. Your dad's going to put me in a black hole!
Kim(furious): Nobody dumps Kim Possible!
Ron: Braking up is *so* not easy!
(Kim wins a prize at the festival)
Kim (sweet and giggly): Uh, this is where you say "Boo-yah".
Ron: Yeah, okay, boo-yah. Look, we need to talk.
Drakken: Find your own hiding place.
Ron: Oh, right, like you called dibs.
Drakken: Well, I am now: dibs. Ha!
Ron: Well, I'm calling double dibs.
Drakken: *Grrrr* You've won this round with your superior dib calling…
Ron:[bumps into Shego] SHEGO! KP, help!
Kim(seriously P.O.ed): *Grrrrr*
Ron: KP? Help! Sidekick in trouble! {Shego slashes his belt, causing his pants to fall off}Oh, man. Not now.

When Shego writes hers and Drakkens initials on the wall she carves DD for Doctor Draken instead of DL for Drew Lipsky.
^ I think she just wanted to refer to him as Dr. Drakken. After all, she always calls him that.
About 20-22 minutes into the show, Shego and Drakken seem to be having a foamy drink/shake (maybe a Root Beer Float). The direction of the 'sipping' part of Shego's straw changes between shots. First it's aimed at Drakken, then it is facing Shego, like in the position where she's about to sip, then cut back to Drakken and the straw is pointing towards him. ~FREEK182
Microchips and changing clothes: How does Kim not notice, while changing from school clothes to a dress, that there is a mood-controlling device on the back of her neck? Between changing clothes, brushing hair and the like, one would think she'd notice it. It's not as big as the nano-tick in "Tick Tick Tick," as she certainly finds it after its effects wore off. It looked kind of big for a 'micro chip.
Coloration error: The second time we see Kim switch to anger her eyes flash green instead of red; and, when she switches to confused after that, her eyes flash pink instead of green.
^ I believe the second time, when she said, "Why?...." and sounded angry, it was more of a suspicious mood.
---^It's impossible to look at the back of your neck without holding a mirror to the back of your head and then looking at its reflection in another mirror, so it's unlikely Kim would've seen the chip while changing.
When Ron sees Kim in her black dress, he's holding the moodulator controller in his left hand; but, when Kim grabs his arm and gives him a quick hug, the controller disappears.
^-- If you look closely, you see Ron slip in his pocket.
when Ron is talking to Kim the moodulator contoller is seen in his ledt pocket when it beeps. But when he takes it out he pulls it out of his right pocket.
After Kim and Ron kiss, the stripe at the bottom of Ron's shirt turns red.
Twice, the moodulator control shows a purple gloomy face instead of the blue crying face: When Dr.Bortel is testing the moodulators at the begining, and when Jim and Tim are fighting. Maybe it was the first design of the sad face
CLOSED-CAPTIONING ERROR: Ron says to a very raged Kim Possible, "Kim, chill. It's me, Ron." Kim replies, "Yeah, Ron Heartbreaker!" But in the closed captioning, it says, "Chill?! Ron Heartbreaker!"
Since Kim kicked her, shouldn't have Shego attacked her and not Drakken?
Nitpick to end all nitpicks: Why did the moodulator have only five settings (anger, love, sadness, confusion, and joy)? There are actually eight basic emotions: acceptance (which can turn into love), fear, surprise (sort of like confusion), sadness, disgust, anger, anticipation, and joy. All other emotions are do to the intensity and mixture of these emotions. So why didn't they have eight settings instead of five?

This indicates that Kim has lost her crush on Josh.
Moodulator colors
Each moodulator emotion has a corresponding color, and when we see Kim switch emotions, her eyes flash that emotion's color. Happy: Yellow, Sad: Blue, Angry: Red, Confused: Green, Love: Pink.
Could it be?
Kim implies that there are fireworks between Ron and herself, so does that mean that "Could It Be" is about Kim falling for Ron? Makes sense, doesn't it?
Pet names
This is the first time that we hear Kim call Ron "Ronnie". When Gil Moss/Gill called him "Ronnie", it was meant as an insult. Apparently, Kim thought it sounded cute.

At the beginning of the episode, one of the floats for the festival is John Stoppable from "Rewriting History".
"Centurion Project" Music Cue
When Dr. Cyrus Bortle places his moodgulators on the shelf and exits his lab, the music cue for the Centurion Project from "October 31st" can be heard.
Kim and Josh grew apart
This makes sense since in Season 2, Josh appeared in only two episodes and later on, Kim crushed on two other guys (Hirotaka and Bobby Johnson).

Foreshadowing within the Episode
When Drakken tells Shego to fight Kim in Bortle's laboratory and they get into an argument over why she should Drakken says "This is no time to question the nature of our relationship, an obvious foreshadowing for exactly what the rest of the episode is about.

When Drakken is working on the stolen technology just before he sees Shego making passes at him he is examining the device through purple-tinted goggles. This would not normally be noteworthy except that purple is earlier established as the color symbolic for the "love" emotion and it seems almost as a kind of symbol for what the scene leads to.
Tara's crush on Ron
Kim reveals that Tara used to like Ron. This would've been obvious to the audience, anyway. In 'Sink or Swim', Tara listened to Ron's stories without complaining and she even kissed Ron (on the cheek) at the end.

In Steal Wheels, Shego is ashamed that Drakken stole Felix's wheelchair that she says, "What's next stealing candy from a baby?". But in this ep during the heart montage, she gives Drakken candy she stole from a baby.

Pants Problems
When Ron takes the pickle suit from Barkin at the end, he says something like "I lost my pants" or something. That's very similar to when Barkin asks Ron for pants in 'Downhill.'

Bortel misses the whole fight scene in his lab after he goes to watch a Fearless Ferret marathon.
Foreshadowing
The way Mrs. Dr. Possible is so excited about Kim and Ron going out on a date could be a foreshadowing of her role in "So the Drama".

This is a reference to Steven Spielberg's Schindler's List, in which a Jewish boy looking to hide from the Nazis, jumped in an outhouse, but soon heard a response that "he should find his own hiding place."

Some people call this: Eskimo hugging. When two Eskimos feel affectionate towards each other, they rub noses to show it. Cute, isn't it?

The disco music briefly heard during the parade scene, when Ron and Drakken are running from Kim and Shego, is from "Coach Possible". The music was also used in "Two to Tutor". This is the first episode not featuring Senor Senior Senior or Senor Senior Junior to have this music.

The music being played when Kim kisses Ron in front of the locker is from "Romeo and Juliet" ballet score composed by Sergei Prokofiev. It is commonly used in pop culture to express romance, in every thing from Hershey's ads to the Sims computer games.

Rockapella?: Heart Montage
During the "Heart Montage" (when Shego is dragging Drakken around the park and Kim is pursuing Ron, with falling hearts as the transition to each scene), the doo-wop sound that is playing sounds exactly like Rockapella, an a-capella music group. Rockapella is best known for their work doing the theme song and other tunes for the PBS game show "Where in the World is Carmen SanDiego?".

"Green" is a term used to identify a rookie, and Ron's *definitely* new to a girl being attracted to him. Especially Kim!

Kim and Shego have just gotten stuck on extreme anger. Then a split-screen is shown, with half of Shego's face and the other half of Kim's face put together. I remember this from the "Incredible Hulk" TV show, with half of the Hulk's face and the other half of alter-ego Bruce Banner's face together. No wonder, both Shego and the Hulk are mean, green, and dangerous!

The scene where Kim overcomes the affects of the moodulator all by herself to help Ron, reminds me of the episode "The Flawed Couple" from Disney's Aladdin. Aladdin is under the affects of a mood stone and the mood is fear. However, he overcomes that motion just like Kim, when he learns Jasmine is endangered.

As Friend Owl says "You're walkin' along minding your own business... when suddenly.." I don't know exactly how he words it but somethin' about eyes flashin' your way... In part of the heart montage we see Ron walkin' along mindin' his own business when he sees Kim behind him battin' her eyelashes at him... The Kiss was also Bambi-ish in the way Ron was tryin' to run away at first just as Bambi was when he saw Faline again in the spring... His antlers got caught in the tree... Kim grabbed Ron so he wouldn't get away.. Then she kissed him... Both shocked but then in a dream/out of touch with reality come the end of it... Except Ron kissed her back... but it's simular...
